Credit Limit Increase Citi
- Increase purchasing power with a credit limit increase
- This is a request and is not guaranteed
- Citi will base the request on credit score and the card holders ability to pay pass bills
The Credit Limit Increase Citi service will not hurt or harm a customer’s credit rating and is operated by Citigroup Inc. In order to start the request online Citi customers will have to provide their User ID and password in order to gain access to their Citi account. Those who have not accessed their Citi account information in the past 18 months will have to register again with a new User ID. Any questions in regards to the credit increase can be directed to a Citi customer service agent at 1-800-950-5114 or for those outside the US please call 605-335-2222. Those lucky enough to receive a credit increase from Citi will not only see a purchasing power increase but it should also improve their credit score as more available credit usually equals an increase in a credit rating (under normal circumstances). Those who are denied an increase can wait a few months and then try again. Citi card holders who have a hard time hearing but would still like to discuss a credit increase with Citi over the phone should dial 1-800-325-2865. Customers who are denied an increase and would like to take their complaint to the corporate office can write to: 399 Park Ave. New York, NY 10022 or call the corporate office at (212) 559-1000.
