eService Cuna Mutual Billing

- This is a free billing service from the CUNA Mutual Group family of brands
The sService Cuna Mutual Billing program will allow the customer to make a payment, reactivate a policy that has lapsed, update a phone number (email address or street address), and download the privacy statement. Please note customers are allowed to edit one time payments ( i.e. change the amount or the credit card that is being used to make the payment) up until 2 pm CT on the day that your payment is scheduled for processing. Most Cuna Mutual billing customers should enroll in auto pay in order to avoid any late payment fees and damage to a credit score. Those who have not registered for a Cuna Mutual Billing account will have to provide the following in order to access the billing services:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address (i.e. ymail, outlook)
- Date of birth
- In some cases the customer will have to provide their Cuna Mutual policy number, address and phone number in order to complete the registration process
