Mobile Content Settlement
- Obtain more information in regards to the class action lawsuit entitled Cullan and Cullan LLC v. m-Qube Inc., et al.
- Class members in the case contend that certain mobile content providers violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

The Mobile Content Settlement lawsuit claims that class members were sent unsolicited/unwanted text messages with mobile content sent from Premium Shortcodes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. These mobile text messages includes annoying messages such as ring tones, bothersome horoscopes, stupid emojis, and celebrity gossip/news. The Mobile Content Settlement includes two type of classes: 1. plaintiff Cullan and Cullan LLC and defendant CF Enterprises Pty. Ltd., and 2. between plaintiff Cullan and Cullan LLC and defendants Post SMS Co. Americas Inc. and Post SMS Co. Qube Inc. (collectively, “PostSMS”). The lawsuit settlement was approved on Sept. 27, 2016 abd it should be noted that the defendants denie all actions of wrong doing in the case. Class members have until May 31, 2017 to file a claim in the case (claims can be filed online or by mail). Please note when filing a claim the Mobile Content Settlement class members must have the mobile phone number that received the allegedly unsolicited text messages or incurred subscription charges.
