My Kaiser Feedback
- The My Kaiser Feedback service is set up for people who have received medical care from Kaiser Permanente at Mid Atlantic States to take a survey about the care they received
- People who have questions about medical care they received at a facility managed by Kaiser Permanente will need to contact their local patient care advocate or their hospital’s member services department
- The Mid Atlantic States Kaiser Permanente survey should only take patients less than 10 minutes to fully complete, and will just ask basic questions about interaction with doctors and nurses, and overall opinion on the care they gave (an option will be provided with a space for patients to write their own comments about areas that can be improved)
To take the Kaiser Permanente Mid Atlantic States survey, patients will need to have received a random survey invitation after visiting a health care facility. The Kaiser Permanente survey invite will have a User PIN and a User Name that will need to be entered on the web site (this info is unique to the specific patients that received the invitation, to insure their feedback is sent to the right spot).
More Info To Know About Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente was founded in 1945 and has over 10 million members today. Over 600 medical offices and more than 50,000 nurses are a part of Kaiser’s health care group. The Kaiser Foundation Health Plans Group works with companies to give prepaid health plans and insurance to workers while Permanente Medical Groups are doctor owned organizations that give medical care to Kaiser Group members. In 2005, Kaiser Permanente in California encountered controversy for what’s called “patient dumping,” or sending homeless patients to other facilities so they didn’t have to provide expensive care without compensation.
